Our sound model works as follows:
Tinnitus can vary in severity over time and is due to many different causes.
Then it can be liberating to be able to choose from several different sounds.
Sometimes the discomfort is milder and you can choose an occasional less noticeable sound.
1. Choose a main sound. Recorded in place where something is happening in the background. This is to get your mind on something else.
2. Choose a masking noise. White, brown, pink, grey, blue or violet
3. Choose a masking sound. Fire, water, etc. Each sound consists of an original and others with different degrees of "High Pass filter" (removes lower frequency in different steps and extent)
Tinnitus usually consists of tones, noises, sounds that are of a higher frequency. Then it can feel better if low frequencies are filtered out
